Join us for the annual WASA Tradeshow, the premier event for industry professionals to network, discover new products, and showcase their innovations. The tradeshow will be held in Reno, bringing together exhibitors and attendees from across the region including California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and more!

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about the event, including how to secure your spot, access member discounts, booth electrical details, and registration procedures.

First Step

  1. Download our exhibitor kit
  2. View our floorplan page or download the floorplan pdf
  3. Fill out our Google form to reserve your space. This year, we are offering you many different options to pay.
    You can request to be invoiced for your space so you can send a check, you can pay us via ACH, or you can use a credit card via Eventbrite (Eventbrite does charge a fee).

Member Discounts on Booths

WASA members enjoy exclusive discounts on booths. To receive your member pricing:

  1. On the Google form to reserve your space, select “WASA Member” to apply your discount automatically.
  2. Not a member yet? Join WASA today to unlock immediate savings and additional benefits.

Hotel Stay

  3. $180 per night Wednesday–Friday + $25.00 Resort Fee & Taxes – Single or Double Occupancy
    Parking on location is FREE You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booth assignment and event details.
