Terms, Conditions, and Policies for the sale of exhibitor trade show space
Space Confirmation:
A Space Number or Locations is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.
Member Rates:
Special Member Rates for exhibit spaces are granted to those who are current members of the association. Dues for the year may be paid with your booth space.
Exhibit Space Refund Policy
5 months or more from show date – a full refund will be granted
90 to 61 days from show date – 75% of the space cost will be refunded
60 to 31 days from show date – 50% of the space cost will be refunded
30 days or less before show date – no refund is granted
Trade Show Sport or Special Event Refunds:
up to 10 days before event date – a full refund will be granted
9 days or less before event date – no refund is granted
Sponsorship Refunds:
Refunds for sponsorships are handled on an individual basis by the association president and trade show committee.
Exhibitor No Show:
No Shows for Exhibitors are dealt with on an individual case basis by the association president and trade show committee.
Terms of Sale – Exhibitor Booth Space – Hold Harmless:
The Exhibitor will hold WASA, it’s directors, staff and volunteers harmless from loss of revenue, damage, theft, injury or act of god. WASA will make every effort to make the hall dimensions, ceiling height, loading door size or freight elevator size available to exhibitors. WASA is not responsible and will not be held liable for any display that does not fit in the hall, conveyance or any other circumstance where an exhibitor’s booth contents are concerned. WASA is also not responsible or liable for any charges made to the exhibitor by the hotel for the receipt of shipments or by the decorator for contracted services. These are handled strictly between the 3rd party vendor /hotel and the exhibitor.

WASA Refunds for Memberships
Refunds for memberships are handled on an individual basis by the association president and the WASA board of directors.
